Cum Nicoleta alerga un pic mai bine dec\u00e2t mine pe plat (\u00een cazul nostru pe falez\u0103) \u0219i scosese peste 4 ore la edi\u021bia anterioar\u0103 nu \u00eemi f\u0103ceam speran\u021be la un timp prea bun. Diferen\u021ba de nivel era mult mai mare dec\u00e2t la Bra\u0219ov (unde aveam impresii de la Bogdan dac\u0103 <a title=\"Preg\u0103tirea pentru primul semimaraton, \u0219i un final nefericit.\" href=\"http:\/\/ciprian.talaba.eu\/blog\/pregatirea-pentru-primul-semimaraton-si-un-final-nefericit\/\" target=\"_blank\">noi nu am reu\u0219it s\u0103 ajungem<\/a>) sau dec\u00e2t la R\u00e2\u0219nov unde m\u0103 chinuisem serios pe final a\u0219a c\u0103 am plecat cu ideea c\u0103 ceva \u00een jur de 4 ore, 4 ore \u0219i jum\u0103tate e OK. Priveam concursul ast\u0103 ca un antrenament pentru MIB, vroiam s\u0103 termin f\u0103r\u0103 accident\u0103ri \u0219i f\u0103r\u0103 febr\u0103 muscular\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more-->Am plecat de vineri seara din Gala\u021bi \u0219i am ajuns dup\u0103 ora 10 noaptea \u00een Cheia. Ne-am cazat la Pensiunea Mara \u0219i apoi am dat o fug\u0103 la sala de sport pentru a-mi ridica kit-ul de \u00eenscriere. Totul se mi\u0219c\u0103 repede dar am un deja-vu legat de m\u0103rimea tricoului, un L care este foarte mic, \u00eei vine numai bine lui \u0218tefy care poart\u0103 de obicei \u00eentre XS \u0219i S. Dar e bine c\u0103 \u00eel poate folosi cineva din familie :).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A doua zi diminea\u021b\u0103 lucrurile nu stau deloc bine \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te vremea, plou\u0103 de pe la ora 6 (m\u0103 g\u00e2ndesc la Cosmin care a luat startul la ultra) \u0219i nu d\u0103 semne c\u0103 s-ar opri. Mergem la micul dejun la pensiune \u0219i apoi ne preg\u0103tim de start. La final se pare c\u0103 am ales bine, except\u00e2nd mici por\u021biuni de pe creast\u0103 unde batea un v\u00e2nt extrem de puternic \u0219i erai practic \u00een nori nu mi-a fost frig mai deloc, dar nici nu am transpirat excesiv.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La start am o mic\u0103 problem\u0103 cu prinderea num\u0103rului pentru c\u0103 nu am g\u0103sit nici un ac de siguran\u021b\u0103 \u00een pachetul de \u00eenscriere, dar o rezolv cu ajutorul c\u00e2torva colegi de alergare care \u00eemi doneaz\u0103 c\u00e2te un ac de la ei astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t la final suntem 4 oameni care au numele prinse cu 3 ace \u00een loc de 4. Mul\u021bumesc mult \u0219i pe aceast\u0103 cale!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se d\u0103 startul cu o mic\u0103 \u00eent\u00e2rziere \u00een care \u00eencep s\u0103 regret faptul c\u0103 nu m-am mai luat un strat pe mine, dar dup\u0103 ce pornim uit de frig. Plec printre ultimii \u0219i \u00eemi propun s\u0103 o iau u\u0219or astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 nu am probleme la final. Avem \u0219i mici por\u021biuni de plat unde mai pierd 1-2 locuri, dar le recuperez imediat ce terenul urc\u0103 mai serios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ajungem la primul punct de alimentare de la kilometrul 4, unde \u00eemi umplu bidonul cu care plecasem \u00een curs\u0103 (un Kalenji cu centur\u0103 \u00eemprumutat de la C\u0103t\u0103lin, mul\u021bumesc!) pentru c\u0103 \u0219tiu c\u0103 cel pu\u021bin p\u00e2n\u0103 pe v\u00e2rf nu vom mai avea alt\u0103 surs\u0103 de ap\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ie\u0219im \u00een golul alpin dup\u0103 vreo 5 minute \u0219i vedem traseul \u00een splendoarea lui, datorit\u0103 lungului trenule\u021b de concuren\u021bi din fa\u021b\u0103. P\u0103strez un tempo ridicat dar constant (\u00eemi pare r\u0103u c\u0103 nu mi-am luat centura de puls pe BT, cred c\u0103 am mers \u00een zona anaerob\u0103 mult timp), \u0219i mai c\u00e2\u0219tig c\u00e2teva locuri, cu greu pentru c\u0103 poteca este foarte \u00eengust\u0103 \u0219i e greu s\u0103 te strecori.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">D\u0103m de 2 por\u021biuni scurte de lan\u021buri care m\u0103 surprind, dar \u00een acela\u0219i timp m\u0103 fac s\u0103 regret c\u0103 nu am ajuns prin Ciuca\u0219 prin turele noastre de treking (vom rezolva cu siguran\u021b\u0103 aceast\u0103 problem\u0103 anul acesta c\u00e2nd o s\u0103 vrem s\u0103 ne antren\u0103m pentru tura de o zi spre Moldoveanu de la 2&#215;2, pare o zon\u0103 bun\u0103 de antrenament). Norii deja au acoperit v\u00e2rful \u0219i printre ei mai apuc\u0103m s\u0103 vedem Cheia l\u0103sat\u0103 \u00een urm\u0103, al\u0103turi de marile antene de la Centrul de Comunica\u021bii Spa\u021biale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mai e cam 1 km p\u00e2n\u0103 pe v\u00e2rf c\u00e2nd aud cum sun\u0103 telefonul pe care \u00eel foloseam s\u0103 \u00eenregistrez traseul: e \u0218tefy care m\u0103 anun\u021b\u0103 c\u0103 nu am pornit Endomondo. Of, se pare c\u0103 am ap\u0103sat de 2 ori pe butonul de Start \u0219i acum eram de fapt pe Pause. Rezolv problema \u0219i \u00eei dau mai departe la deal, m\u0103car de acum ar trebui s\u0103 am un mic antrenor pe bra\u021b care s\u0103 \u00eemi spun\u0103 cum stau cu timpul dup\u0103 fiecare kilometru.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ajungem \u0219i pe v\u00e2rf dup\u0103 o or\u0103 \u0219i jum\u0103tate (aproximativ) unde bate un v\u00e2nt groaznic. Nu stau mult c\u0103 risc s\u0103 \u00eenghe\u021b \u0219i plec primul din grupul meu. E nor\/cea\u021b\u0103 \u0219i marcajele se v\u0103d destul de greu, dar la ritmul meu (cred c\u0103 abia cobor\u00e2sem sub 6 min\/km de\u0219i eram la vale, pe o potec\u0103 lat\u0103 de p\u0103m\u00e2nt) e OK. Mai pierd un loc, mai c\u00e2\u0219tig unul, \u0219i ajungem \u201dLa R\u0103scruce\u201d unde facem st\u00e2nga. Deja am prins din urm\u0103 un grup din fa\u021b\u0103 iar pe o scurt\u0103 urcare reu\u0219esc s\u0103 mai c\u00e2\u0219tig c\u00e2teva locuri. E scurt\u0103, dar vine dup\u0103 ce picioarele au fost \u00eencercate pe cobor\u00e2re, \u0219i dup\u0103 peste 2 ore de la start. Cu toate acestea mai c\u00e2\u0219tig un loc, \u0219i deja a\u0219tept cu interes s\u0103 ajungem la ultimul punct de realimentare pentru c\u0103 r\u0103m\u0103sesem f\u0103r\u0103 ap\u0103. Ie\u0219im din p\u0103dure \u0219i vedem sta\u021bia seismic\u0103 de la Muntele Ro\u0219u, iar traseul ne duce de-a dreptul peste paji\u0219te. Aici am avut dificult\u0103\u021bi mari s\u0103 alerg pentru c\u0103 erau denivel\u0103ri mari \u0219i din cauza oboselii nu vroiam s\u0103 risc o eventual\u0103 entors\u0103, \u0219i cu ocazia asta am pierdut vreo 2 locuri.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ajuns la punctul de realimentare am avut grij\u0103 s\u0103 beau vreo 2 pahare de izotonic, vreo 2 de ap\u0103 \u0219i am luat \u0219i o buc\u0103\u021bic\u0103 de glucoz\u0103. Mi-am tras sufletul un pic, timp \u00een care au trecut pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 mine destui concuren\u021bi, dar eu nu eram prea gr\u0103bit. Lucrurile s-au schimbat un pic c\u00e2nd cineva a \u00eentrebat c\u00e2t e ceasul \u0219i am aflat c\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103 nu se f\u0103cuser\u0103 3 ore de la start, \u0219i cum mai erau doar 5 kilometri puteam s\u0103 scot un timp foarte bun.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A\u0219a c\u0103 dau drumul la picioare, mai ales c\u0103 de aici e doar cobor\u00e2re. Ciudat e c\u0103 la alergare cobor bini\u0219or (nu am \u00eencercat viteze prea mari \u00een zone gen creasta F\u0103g\u0103ra\u0219ului, dar \u00een rest cred c\u0103 m\u0103 descurc OK), de\u0219i cu bicicleta nu am acela\u0219i curaj. Trec 2 kilometri \u0219i panta se domole\u0219te, suntem deja pe un \u00eenceput de forestier, \u00eens\u0103 din p\u0103cate lucrurile \u00eencep s\u0103 mearg\u0103 prost pentru c\u0103 apar crampele. M\u0103 opresc un pic \u0219i \u00eemi masez gambele, apoi \u00eei dau la vale pentru c\u0103 \u00eencepea s\u0103 m\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219easc\u0103 lumea. Str\u00e2ng un pic din din\u021bi, m\u0103 rog ca jambierele de la CompresSport s\u0103 fac\u0103 ni\u0219te minuni, dar peste c\u00e2teva sute de metri din cauz\u0103 c\u0103 alergam un pic altfel dec\u00e2t de obicei, calc str\u00e2mb pe o piatr\u0103. Sunt obligat s\u0103 fac c\u00e2\u021biva pa\u0219i pentru c\u0103 durerea era destul de nasoal\u0103, dar \u0219tiu c\u0103 de obicei \u00eemi revin repede dup\u0103 a\u0219a ceva. Din fericire a\u0219a e \u0219i acum, peste vreo 20 de secunde \u00eencep s\u0103 alerg \u0219i parc\u0103 prind un ritm oarecare (\u00een cazul nostru ceva pe la 6 min\/km). Recuperez vreo 2 pozi\u021bii \u0219i apoi ajung \u00een zona drumului na\u021bional. Aici am norocul c\u0103 v\u0103d pe cineva \u00een fa\u021b\u0103 cum face dreapta spre r\u00e2u \u0219i mai apoi trece pe sub pod, pentru c\u0103 eu a\u0219 fi urcat p\u00e2n\u0103 sus \u0219i probabil a\u0219 fi pierdut ceva timp s\u0103 m\u0103 asigur c\u0103 pot trece f\u0103r\u0103 probleme DN-ul (nu am v\u0103zut nici un marcaj \u00een acel moment).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Intr\u0103m \u00een sat \u0219i am o vizibilitate destul de mare \u00een fa\u021b\u0103, unde sunt vreo 10 concuren\u021bi care par c\u0103 se chinuie pe o mic\u0103 urcare dinainte de linia dreapt\u0103 spre finish. Trec pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 ei cu viteza melcului, dar m\u0103car eram \u00een alergare \u0219i \u00eei \u00eencurajez c\u00e2t pot.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ajung \u00eentr-un grup de 5 concuren\u021bi printre care \u0219i o domni\u0219oar\u0103 chiar c\u00e2nd facem st\u00e2nga \u0219i vedem finish-ul, \u0219i aici decid s\u0103 nu accelerez pentru c\u0103 timpul era deja excelent fa\u021b\u0103 de ce \u00eemi propusesem, iar pentru un antrenament f\u0103cusem deja suficient.
