Aici nu am stat prea bine, dar sper c\u0103 am compensat un pic\u00a0\u00een ultima parte c\u00e2nd am organizat deplasarea.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al doilea aspect este nutri\u021bia din timpul cursei. Pentru o curs\u0103 de 12-15 ore trebuie s\u0103 alimentezi constant altfel vei ajunge \u00eentr-un punct critic de unde va fi greu s\u0103 ie\u0219i (am p\u0103\u021bit ceva de genul acesta la primul maraton). Din p\u0103cate nutri\u021bia pentru sportivii amatori\u00a0nu este un lucru care poate fi controlat foarte bine pentru c\u0103 nu po\u021bi testa mai multe produse s\u0103 \u0219tii care este cel mai tolerat de stomacul t\u0103u, \u0219i nici nu po\u021bi s\u0103\u00a0ai\u00a0izotonic\/geluri\/jeleuri\/activatoare\/etc. pentru fiecare antrenament din cauza pre\u021burilor m\u0103ri\u0219oare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/ciprian.talaba.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/logo.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1669\" src=\"http:\/\/ciprian.talaba.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/logo.png\" alt=\"logo\" width=\"320\" height=\"120\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Eu am mers \u00een special pe produse Isostar pe care le cunosc de ceva vreme, \u0219i am mai ad\u0103gat c\u00e2teva de la Sponser. Am folosit at\u00e2t tablete izotonice c\u00e2t \u0219i pudr\u0103 Hydrate &amp; Perform, geluri de l\u0103m\u00e2ie, jeleuri de fructe \u0219i bicarbonat pemtru prevenirea crampelor. Singura problem\u0103 a fost c\u0103 la antrenamente, dup\u0103 180 de km de biciclet\u0103 \u00een care am folosit doar izotonic \u0219i geluri dulci aveam o mare poft\u0103 de ceva s\u0103rat, a\u0219a c\u0103 am cump\u0103rat\u00a0\u0219i un gel s\u0103rat de la Sponser.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more-->Pentru biciclet\u0103 am preg\u0103tit un bidon \u00een care am turnat 12 geluri combinate cu ap\u0103, \u0219i unul cu izotonic pe care l-am schimbat la fiecare trecere pe la punctul de hidratare de pe traseu. Am renun\u021bat la gelul s\u0103rat c\u00e2nd am auzit c\u0103 vor fi disponibile ro\u0219ii cu sare, probabil cea mai\u00a0mare \u201dinven\u021bie\u201d de la Oradea.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ultimul aspect e cel psihologic. Trebuie s\u0103 fii preg\u0103tit pentru plictiseal\u0103 \u0219i pentru durere. Rezolvarea ambelor probleme (cel pu\u021bin la mine)\u00a0este s\u0103 \u00eencerci s\u0103 te g\u00e2nde\u0219ti la alte lucruri \u00een timpul cursei. Aici m-a ajutat s\u0103 tot calculez distan\u021ba fa\u021b\u0103 de C\u0103t\u0103lin de-a lungul traseului, precum \u0219i urm\u0103rirea altor concuren\u021bi care m\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219eau sau pe care \u00eei dep\u0103\u0219eam. Apoi am plecat spre hotel pentru un somn odihnitor (sau cel pu\u021bin speram s\u0103 fie a\u0219a).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ziua cursei<\/strong> a \u00eenceput la ora 5 cu ultimele preg\u0103tiri: umplerea celor 2 bidoane, unul cu geluri \u0219i ap\u0103, cel\u0103lalt cu izotonic,\u00a0preg\u0103tirea rucsacului (care oricum va r\u0103m\u00e2ne la Amalia) \u0219i apoi la ora 6 eram la locul de start.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Am verificat bicicleta \u0219i con\u021binutul celor 2 saci de tranzi\u021bie, am pus bidoanele pe biciclet\u0103 apoi am scos num\u0103rul \u00a0de concurs, casca \u0219i pantofii de ciclism din saci pentru a m\u0103 mi\u0219ca mai repede. Am l\u0103sat telefonul \u0219i o crem\u0103 de plaj\u0103 \u00een tranzi\u021bie pentru c\u0103 vroiam s\u0103 pun un mic status pe Facebook c\u00e2nd ies din ap\u0103 \u0219i c\u00e2nd termin proba de biciclet\u0103. Din p\u0103cate am uitat s\u0103 activez datele, \u0219i cele 2 statusuri au ap\u0103rut \u00een acela\u0219i timp cu poza de la finish \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1679\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1679\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/ciprian.talaba.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/xman-2015-092.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1679\" src=\"http:\/\/ciprian.talaba.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/xman-2015-092-300x201.jpg\" alt=\"Preg\u0103ti\u021bi de 3,8 km \u00eenot!\" width=\"300\" height=\"201\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1679\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Preg\u0103ti\u021bi de 3,8 km \u00eenot!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Planul de acas\u0103 \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te timpii intermediari era cam a\u0219a: 2 ore \u00eenot, 7 ore \u0219i jum\u0103tate la biciclet\u0103 \u0219i restul p\u00e2n\u0103 la 14:59:59 pentru alergare, adic\u0103 5 ore \u0219i jum\u0103tate. Teoretic timpii ace\u0219tia mi-ar fi permis s\u0103 nu for\u021bez nici m\u0103car o clip\u0103, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 nu am nici o problem\u0103 cu crampele sau alte efecte nedorite ale efortului prelungit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O ultima vizit\u0103 la toalet\u0103 apoi echiparea cu costumul de neopren. <strong>\u0218i vine startul, la 7 fix<\/strong> a\u0219a era anun\u021bat. 8 ture de lac, \u00een jurul a patru balize. Plec printre ultimii, ca de obicei, pentru c\u0103 \u00eemi \u0219tiu nivelul, iar cu ocazia asta evit \u0219i efectul de ma\u0219in\u0103 de sp\u0103lat, renumit printre triatloni\u0219ti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Combin brasul cu \u00eenotul pe spate pentru a \u00eencerca s\u0103 \u00eemi p\u0103strez picioarele c\u00e2t mai odihnite pentru restul de 13 ore planificate, \u0219i m\u0103 uit la ceas dup\u0103 fiecare tur\u0103. V\u0103d c\u0103 timpul este OK, \u00een condi\u021biile \u00een care efortul este sustenabil pe durat\u0103 mult mai mare, a\u0219a c\u0103 sunt lini\u0219tit, \u0219i ies din ap\u0103 dup\u0103 1:57, cu 3 minute mai pu\u021bin dec\u00e2t timpul propus.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1680\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1680\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/ciprian.talaba.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/xman-2015-171.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1680\" src=\"http:\/\/ciprian.talaba.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/xman-2015-171-300x201.jpg\" alt=\"Uite c\u0103 se poate bras!\" width=\"300\" height=\"201\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1680\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Uite c\u0103 se poate bras!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sunt surprins s\u0103 g\u0103sesc destule biciclete \u00een tranzi\u021bie, dar nu \u0219i pe a lui C\u0103t\u0103lin care se pare c\u0103 are un avans de aproximativ 7 minute. \u00cel v\u0103d \u0219i pe Andrei Gligor, o alt\u0103 surpriz\u0103, el fiind unul din sportivii cu mult\u0103 experien\u021b\u0103 pe partea de ultra-maratoane, dar se pare c\u0103 \u00eenotul nu este punctul lui forte. \u00cen tranzi\u021bie nu m\u0103 gr\u0103besc, m\u0103 dau cu crem\u0103 solar\u0103 pe m\u00e2ini \u0219i picioare (din p\u0103cate nu realizez c\u0103 am un maieu de triatlon \u0219i nu un tricou, \u0219i ratez c\u00e2teva locuri pe spate), scriu rapid ceva pe Facebook \u0219i alerg pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 biciclet\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la drumul principal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Am \u00eenceput bicicleta<\/strong>, sunt f\u0103r\u0103 probleme \u00een timpul limit\u0103 impus de oganizatori (2:30 p\u00e2n\u0103 la intrarea pe prima tur\u0103 de biciclet\u0103), pulsul e \u00eenc\u0103 sus (160-170) pentru un Ironman dar se lini\u0219te\u0219te p\u00e2n\u0103 la \u00eenceputul turei. Pe prima urcare am timp s\u0103\u00a0realizez faptul c\u0103 sunt 99% \u0219anse s\u0103 termin un Ironman, un lucru de necrezut cu 2 ani \u00een urm\u0103. Abia \u00een cap\u0103tul primei bucle pot calcula diferen\u021ba, e undeva sub 5 minute, aproape 2 km pe \u0219osea. Soarele \u00eencepe s\u0103 se simt\u0103, a\u0219a c\u0103 beau mult izotonic pentru a nu avea probleme. La jum\u0103tatea primei ture \u00eel dep\u0103\u0219esc pe Andrei Gligor, e clar c\u0103 sunt mai rapid dec\u00e2t el la biciclet\u0103. Chiar dac\u0103 nu ne cunoa\u0219tem personal, \u00eemi setez\u00a0o alt\u0103 mic\u0103 \u021bint\u0103: s\u0103 termin \u00eenaintea lui Andrei.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pe C\u0103t\u0103lin \u00eel ajung \u00een a treia tur\u0103, se pare c\u0103 ritmul lui \u00eencepe s\u0103 scad\u0103, se simte lipsa antrenamentului. \u00centre timp pe circuit apar \u0219i sportivii de la distan\u021ba scurt\u0103, \u00eei recunosc f\u0103r\u0103 probleme pe Ciprian B\u0103l\u0103nescu, Alex Ciocan \u0219i Alex Diaconu chiar dac\u0103 viteza cu care trec pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 mine la biciclet\u0103 este aproape dubl\u0103.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1685\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1685\" style=\"width: 200px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/ciprian.talaba.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/11539014_927633337304152_4078378210203733734_o.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1685\" src=\"http:\/\/ciprian.talaba.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/11539014_927633337304152_4078378210203733734_o-200x300.jpg\" alt=\"Ne aliment\u0103m de zor!\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1685\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Ne aliment\u0103m de zor!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Faptul c\u0103 am folosit crem\u0103 antifrecare din bel\u0219ug se simte, nu am probleme prea mari cu \u0219aua, chiar dac\u0103 m\u0103 doare, nu e\u00a0o durere cauzat\u0103 de cus\u0103turile pantalonilor. Dup\u0103 120 de kilometri num\u0103rul celor de pe traseu scade, dar din fericire \u0219i soarele ceea ce m\u0103 \u00eenvigoreaz\u0103 un pic. Ni\u0219te calcule rapide \u00eemi arat\u0103 c\u0103 voi termina unde sub 6:45 dac\u0103 reu\u0219esc s\u0103 p\u0103strez ritmul, ceea ce m\u0103 bucur\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dup\u0103 ce termin ultima bucl\u0103 sunt preg\u0103tit de ultimele 2 urc\u0103ri, una mai scurt\u0103 prin sat, \u0219i \u201d<a href=\"https:\/\/www.strava.com\/segments\/1728792\">cire\u0219ul de pe tort<\/a>\u201d, aproape 2 km cu por\u021biuni de 10%. Pe cobor\u00e2rea de pe cire\u0219, una pe care o f\u0103cusem \u0219i la recunoa\u0219terea de cu 2 zile \u00eenainte apare\u00a0singurul moment care m\u0103 putea face s\u0103 nu termin cursa: dup\u0103 o curb\u0103 la st\u00e2nga urma o cobor\u00e2re serioas\u0103 terminat\u0103 cu o curb\u0103 str\u00e2ns\u0103 la dreapta, f\u0103r\u0103 vizibilitate. De\u0219i am v\u00e2zut marcajele pe \u0219osea am str\u00e2ns cam t\u00e2rziu de fr\u00e2ne \u0219i mi-am dat seama c\u0103 nu pot men\u021bine traiectoria pe sensul meu de mers. C\u00e2nd am \u00eenceput s\u0103 am un pic de vizibilitate am observat un VW Transporter mare \u0219i verde pe sensul opus, la aproximativ 15 metri de mine, pe traiectorie de impact. Am auzit fr\u00e2nele ma\u0219inii, am \u00eencercat s\u0103 ies c\u00e2t mai spre st\u00e2nga, spre \u0219an\u021b, \u0219i m-am preg\u0103tit de impact. Din fericire viteza ma\u0219inii, al c\u0103rei \u0219ofer cuno\u0219tea probabil mai bine dec\u00e2t mine curba respectiv\u0103, a fost destul de mic\u0103 \u0219i a reu\u0219it s\u0103 opreasc\u0103 la mai pu\u021bin de un metru de mine. \u00cen acela\u0219i timp pe traiectoria mea s-a nimerit un mic pode\u021b f\u0103cut pentru acces \u00eentr-o curte, ceea ce mi-a permis s\u0103 opresc la timp, \u00eenainte s\u0103 m\u0103 rostogolesc \u00een \u0219an\u021b. Dup\u0103 c\u00e2teva cuvinte grele, total meritate din partea pasagerului ma\u0219inii, m-am urcat \u00een \u0219a, \u00eens\u0103 picioarele nu au colaborat pentru c\u00e2teva minute bune, minute \u00een care nu m-am g\u00e2ndit dec\u00e2t la \u00eengerul meu p\u0103zitor. M\u0103 mi\u0219c destul de bine, \u00eemi iau timp pentru un nou update pe Facebook (\u00eenc\u0103 nu \u00eemi dau seama c\u0103 datele nu sunt pornite), \u0219i plec spre ie\u0219ire \u00een timp ce fac c\u00e2teva mi\u0219c\u0103ri de dezmor\u021bire dup\u0103 6:41 ore pe biciclet\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Alergarea o \u00eencep u\u0219urel<\/strong>, \u00eenc\u0103 nu \u00eemi dau seama ce mai pot picioarele mele, \u0219i sper ca problemele de la Ironman 70.3 Budapesta s\u0103 nu apar\u0103. Din fericire lucrurile merg bine, \u0219i pentru prima oar\u0103 m\u0103 g\u00e2ndesc c\u0103 pot termina sub 14 ore, ceea ce ar fi extraodinar.\u00a0C\u0103t\u0103lin termin\u0103 \u0219i el proba de biciclet\u0103 41 de minute mai t\u00e2rziu, ceea ce \u00eemi ofer\u0103 aproxiamtiv 6 ture avans.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1686\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1686\" style=\"width: 200px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/ciprian.talaba.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/11707770_807796209319378_3831451948944895758_o.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1686\" src=\"http:\/\/ciprian.talaba.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/11707770_807796209319378_3831451948944895758_o-200x300.jpg\" alt=\"Mai avem un pic!\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1686\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Mai avem un pic!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alerg primul semi cu un timp de 2:27, timp \u00een care am inclus \u0219i o pauz\u0103 scurt\u0103 de toalet\u0103 (lucru \u00eembucur\u0103tor, \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 am b\u0103ut suficient pe biciclet\u0103) \u0219i jum\u0103tate de tur\u0103 mers al\u0103turi de C\u0103t\u0103lin. Nu e extraordinar, dar dac\u0103 a\u0219 reu\u0219i s\u0103 men\u021bin ritmul termin sub 14 ore!!!.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Din p\u0103cate \u00een a doua parte a maratonului, stomacul meu nu a mai vrut s\u0103 colaboreze. Nu mai \u0219tiam ce s\u0103 mai m\u0103n\u00e2nc, dar era clar c\u0103 numai Cola \u0219i ap\u0103 nu e suficient. Solu\u021bia la care am apelat a fost s\u0103 alternez alergatul cu mersul, pentru a permite stomacului s\u0103 digere. De\u0219i planul era o tur\u0103 mers &#8211; una alergat, datorit\u0103 suporterilor de pe margine, majoritatea pe partea\u00a0opus\u0103 punctului de alimentare, am mers jum\u0103tate de tur\u0103 urmat\u0103 de o tur\u0103 \u0219i jum\u0103tate de alergare. Ritmul a sc\u0103zut destul de mult a\u0219a \u00eenc\u00e2t nu am avut nici o re\u021binere s\u0103 renun\u021b la planul cu \u201dsub 14 ore\u201d \u0219i s\u0103 revin la cel ini\u021bial. La urma urmei nu venisem s\u0103 dobor recorduri sau s\u0103 m\u0103 \u201drup\u201d, e doar primul Ironman, trebuie s\u0103 las loc de \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bit \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O rog pe Amalia s\u0103 \u00eemi aduc\u0103 geaca din rucsac, pentru c\u0103 \u00eemi dau seama c\u0103 se las\u0103 r\u0103coare, \u0219i apoi m\u0103 bucur de ultima tur\u0103 pe care aproape sprintez. C\u0103t\u0103lin a fost un adev\u0103rat erou, chiar sunt curios cum ar suna povestea lui: s\u0103 termini un Ironman dup\u0103 o prim\u0103var\u0103 \u0219i var\u0103 cu 100 km alerga\u021bi \u0219i probabil sub 500 km pe biciclet\u0103 este\u00a0ceva extraodinar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ziua s-a terminat cu recuperatul bicicletelor \u0219i al echipamentelor din tranzi\u021bie, \u0219i lungul drum spre hotel (cam 500 de metri de la finish \ud83d\ude42 ). \u0218i bine\u021beles un du\u0219 (am \u00eencercat unul rece, m\u0103car pe picioare, dar m-au luat ni\u0219te frisoane imediat, a\u0219a c\u0103 am revenit la unul fierbinte) \u0219i un somn \u00eentrerupt de o senza\u021bie de foame pe la ora 4 c\u00e2nd m\u0103 chinuiam s\u0103 g\u0103sesc o pozi\u021bie de somn astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 nu simt arsurile de pe omopla\u021bi.
