A trecut mai bine de o lun\u0103 de la ultima poveste, cea cu recunoa\u0219terea traseului de la XC Riders timp \u00een care am avut cea mai lung\u0103 vacan\u021b\u0103 din via\u021ba mea de angajat (3 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni \u0219i vreo 2 zile) \u0219i m-am apucat serios de antrenamente pentru Half Ironman Oradea.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dar s\u0103 revenim la povestea primului maraton, cel de la Bucure\u0219ti de anul trecut. Titlul ar putea fi foarte bine \u0219i \u201dCe s\u0103 NU faci la primul maraton\u201d, pentru c\u0103 am f\u0103cut o serie de gre\u0219eli care probabil m-au f\u0103cut s\u0103 pierd cel pu\u021bin c\u00e2teva minute \u00een plus pe traseu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more-->Pentru c\u0103 ar fi fost destul de dificil de plecat la ora 5 din Gala\u021bi \u0219i a alerga \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu 9:30 am decis s\u0103 st\u0103m o noapte \u00een Bucure\u0219ti, g\u0103sind \u0219i o ofert\u0103 decent\u0103 la Ibis-ul de l\u00e2ng\u0103 Palatul Parlamentului, la vreo 10 minute de mers pe jos de locul de start.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Am ajuns \u00een Bucure\u0219ti s\u00e2mb\u0103t\u0103 pe la pr\u00e2nz, ne-am luat pachetele de \u00eenscriere (doamna mea a participat la primul ei semimaraton, dup\u0103 c\u00e2teva luni de c\u00e2nd a \u00eenceput s\u0103 alerge), am f\u0103cut vizita regulamentar\u0103 la Zen Sushi, am mai pierdut timpul prin Expo-ul din Pia\u021ba Constitu\u021bei de unde ne-am luat ni\u0219te geluri \u0219i o <a href=\"http:\/\/www.compressport.ro\/cumpara\/curea-numar-concurs-energizante-race-belt-3470798\">centur\u0103 de num\u0103r de la CompresSport<\/a> (pe care o recomand din suflet) \u0219i am terminat ziua cu o plimbare de sear\u0103 prin centru.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Noaptea a fost un pic agitat\u0103 datorit\u0103 cutremurului de magnitudine 5.5 care ne-a trezit chiar la final, dar mai apoi a urmat un telefon \u0219i mi-a luat un pic s\u0103 adorm la loc. Am cobor\u00e2t pe la 8 la micul dejun, iar la ora 9 plecam spre start dup\u0103 ce am aranjat un late checkout astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t Stefy s\u0103 poat\u0103 ajunge s\u0103 fac\u0103 un du\u0219 dup\u0103 de termin\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Am l\u0103sat s\u0103cule\u021bii galbeni cu schimburile \u0219i am \u00eenceput s\u0103 ne c\u0103ut\u0103m locurile de start pentru c\u0103 \u00een c\u00e2teva minute urma s\u0103 se dea startul. Aici consider c\u0103 am f\u0103cut prima gre\u0219eal\u0103: de\u0219i a\u0219 fi avut nevoie de o oprire la toalet\u0103 am sperat c\u0103 o s\u0103 se rezolve de la sine \u0219i am preferat s\u0103 nu pierd startul. Acum m\u0103 g\u00e2ndesc c\u0103 oricum am plecat din ultimul grup, deci dac\u0103 pierdeam 5 minute la start nu ar fi fost nici o problem\u0103, a\u0219a am fost nevoit s\u0103 alerg mai repede pe primii 5 kilometri ca s\u0103 pot s\u0103 m\u0103 opresc la o toalet\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/ciprian.talaba.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/1391891_594593650607680_2011691073_n.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-1456 aligncenter\" alt=\"1391891_594593650607680_2011691073_n\" src=\"http:\/\/ciprian.talaba.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/1391891_594593650607680_2011691073_n.jpg\" width=\"449\" height=\"672\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ciprian.talaba.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/1391891_594593650607680_2011691073_n.jpg 642w, https:\/\/ciprian.talaba.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/1391891_594593650607680_2011691073_n-268x400.jpg 268w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 449px) 100vw, 449px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Timpul propus era undeva \u00eentre 4:50 \u0219i 5 ore, iar faptul c\u0103 ultimii paceri erau la 4:45 a dus la a doua gre\u0219eal\u0103, am \u00eencercat s\u0103 m\u0103 \u021bin c\u00e2t mai mult dup\u0103 ei de\u0219i probabil ritmul meu nu era chiar acolo. A tututor crampelor. Aici a\u0219 fi vrut s\u0103 m\u0103 opresc un pic \u0219i s\u0103 mai beau un izotonic, dar grupul de sus\u021bin\u0103tori f\u0103cea o atmosfer\u0103 absolut fantastic\u0103, a\u0219a \u00eenc\u00e2t nu m-am oprit din alergare din respect pentru tot efortul lor. Dup\u0103 c\u00e2teva zeci de secunde \u00eenc\u0103 nu \u00eemi revenisem (nu credeam c\u0103 poate s\u0103 te marcheze at\u00e2t de mult un grup de suporteri), \u0219i aproape c\u0103 \u00eemi sim\u021beam ochii l\u0103crim\u00e2nd.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Am mai avut o scurt\u0103 pauz\u0103 de mers chiar \u00eenainte de sta\u021bia de metrou \u0219i mai apoi am alergat p\u00e2n\u0103 la final, ultimii metri chiar al\u0103turi de Stefy, care m\u0103 a\u0219tepta pentru un ultim set de poze. Am terminat \u00een 5 ore \u0219i 8 minute timp oficial, sau 5 ore \u0219i 5 minute \u00een timp efectiv. Nu e un rezultat de care s\u0103 fiu foarte m\u00e2ndru, dar pot spune totu\u0219i c\u0103 sunt un maratonist.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Stefy a terminat primul ei semimaraton \u00een 2 ore \u0219i 40 de minute, de\u0219i a alergat 16 kilometri (deci mai bine de trei sferturi din curs\u0103) cu o durere groaznic\u0103 la genunchiul st\u00e2ng.
