Dar 2019 a \u00eenceput bine din acest punct de vedere, mult mai bine dec\u00e2t orice an al meu de c\u00e2nd am descoperit ciclismul (2010-2011) \u0219i mai apoi alergarea (2013).<\/p>\n<p>Marea schimbare e adus\u0103 \u00een principal de Zwift, pe partea de alergare nu sunt foarte multe diferen\u021be fa\u021b\u0103 de anii preceden\u021bi. \u0218tiu c\u0103 sun\u0103 a reclam\u0103, dar nu este, doar \u00eencerc s\u0103 \u00eemp\u0103rt\u0103\u0219esc cum o aplica\u021bie a reu\u0219it s\u0103 schimbe modul \u00een care am v\u0103zut antrenamentele pe biciclet\u0103 iarna: un chin \u00een fa\u021ba unui perete alb sau a unui televizor (asta dac\u0103 reu\u0219e\u0219ti s\u0103 te concentrezi \u00een timpul unui efort destul de serios).<\/p>\n<p>Pentru c\u0103 luna ianuarie tocmai ce s-a terminat, am zis c\u0103 e un moment bun s\u0103 fac o compara\u021bie \u0219i s\u0103 v\u0103d unde stau comparabil cu anii preceden\u021bi, 2017 fiind probabil referin\u021ba pentru c\u0103 a fost anul celui de-al doilea Ironman.
