Pentru ca totul s\u0103 mearg\u0103 bine este nevoie de o preg\u0103tire bun\u0103 (\u0219i nu m\u0103 refer numai la antrenamente) \u00eenainte de curs\u0103, dar \u0219i de strategie bun\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preg\u0103tirea<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Folosi\u021bi Zwift Power pentru rezultate<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>De\u0219i Zwift ofer\u0103 rezultate at\u00e2t live c\u00e2t \u0219i la finalul cursei (folosi\u021bi aplica\u021bia Zwift Companion pentru a le vedea dup\u0103 curs\u0103), acestea nu \u021bin cont de faptul c\u0103 unii concuren\u021bi prefer\u0103 s\u0103 se \u00eenscrie la o categorie inferioar\u0103 \u0219i apoi s\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219easc\u0103 limitele de W\/kg. De exemplu dac\u0103 sunte\u021bi un tip masiv care dezvolt\u0103 mul\u021bi wa\u021bi ve\u021bi fi avantajat pe traseele plate, dac\u0103 sunte\u021bi slabi este posibil s\u0103 ave\u021bi rezultate mai bune pe traseele cu ceva mai mult\u0103 urcare. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fiecare curs\u0103 are anun\u021bat traseul \u0219i pute\u021bi verifica diferen\u021ba de nivel c\u0103ut\u00e2nd pe <a href=\"https:\/\/zwiftinsider.com\/route-details\/\">ZwiftInsider <\/a>traseul respectiv. Pentru a r\u0103m\u00e2ne \u00een plutonul din fa\u021b\u0103 va fi nevoie s\u0103 sprinta\u021bi \u00een primele 15 secunde \u0219i s\u0103 face\u021bi un efort peste FTP-ul vostru pentru primele c\u00e2teva minute.
